    This guarantee is up to one million dollars for work done by Jim's Group Franchisees.

    If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

    Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

    If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

    A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.

    It is in place to protect business owners if someone sues for personal injury or damage to property.

I absolutely love living in Keysborough! The people here are wonderful, and the reserves create such a peaceful atmosphere. We’re big fans of Mordialloc Pier, just a short drive away, and our go-to pizza place is Johnny Boy’s Pizza in Keysborough. Tatterson Park is a family favorite, offering a great space to enjoy time together. I was inspired to join Jim’s Laundry Services as taking control of my own time has always been a priority for me. When I was exploring business opportunities, Jim’s Group immediately came to mind – a name I’ve known since we migrated to Australia 12 years ago. The simplicity and flexibility of Jim’s Laundry Services really impressed me, and I saw it as a way to create more time for my family, especially my two beautiful children. In my previous job, I missed out on seeing them wake up and go to bed, and I knew I needed a change. My goal for this business is to set financial goals and meet and exceed them. I want the business to not only be successful but to provide me with the freedom to spend quality time with my family and pursue the things that matter most. I cherish my free time with various activities. I enjoy barbequing, working on the garden, and taking my children to play in fields and beaches. One of the most fulfilling aspects is watching them play and create lasting memories together. Most importantly, I love spending extra time with my 11-year-old non-verbal autistic son, making these moments truly special for our family.
